Natala Constantine
A few years ago, Natala Constantine was on almost 15 daily medications, had out-of-control Type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and nerve damage, and she was morbidly obese. She decided to take her life back by adopting a plant-based diet and has since lost over 200 pounds. Today she no longer needs medication. Constantine became passionate about nutrition and received her certificate in plant-based nutrition through eCornell University.
