Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon ground allspice
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon ground coriander seeds
- ½ teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir with a fork until evenly blended.
- Store in an airtight container.

(5 from 1 vote)The potatoes take SIGNIFICANTLY longer to cook than the recipe says. I think they were cook for 60 minutes and they still weren’t quite soft enough.
I was afraid to put in 1/2 tsp. of cayenne pepper and only put in 1 shake. The gyro I made with it could have used a little more heat. Next time I'll put in another shake, maybe 1/8 tsp?
